What are the purposes of processing your data?

The Company processes personal data in connection with the implementation of its information policy via its website and social media channels and to the extent that it contacts persons who have sent correspondence to the Company, regardless of its form and method of delivery.

The Company processes personal data based on consent or legitimate interest consisting in conducting information policy and maintaining contact with persons who sent correspondence to the Company.

  4. binding legal obligation – in the scope of legal obligations resulting in particular from tax regulations, accounting regulations, regulations regarding confidential information within the meaning of the regulations on trading in financial instruments or the provisions of the Commercial Companies Code.

Who do we share your data with?

Your data may be made available to service providers providing maintenance and operation of our website, entities providing advisory services – accounting, legal or tax, and IT support services for systems operating in the Company.

Your data will also be made available to public authorities, including courts, at their justified request or for the purpose of defending or pursuing claims, or if such an obligation results from legal provisions.

Do we transfer your data outside the European Economic Area or to international organisations?

Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area or to international organisations.

You provide all data voluntarily, but some of it is necessary for the Company to take action either under the law or for the purpose of concluding or performing a contract.
